TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
This certificate specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject expertise, and to conduct competency- based assessment in a range of contexts. The competencies are organised into four areas or fields, these are learning environment, learning design, delivery and facilitiation and assessment. These competencies or fields can be delivered as stand alone units. There are many delivery options including face-to-face classroom sessions, flexible online delivery options, mapping from old BSZ to the new TAA and recognition of Prior Learning.
Certificate IV Face to Face classes begin;
17th February 2009 (Tuesday evenings 6-9pm)
14th July 2009 (Tuesday evenings 6-9pm)
16th May 2009 (Saturdays 9-3.30pm)
TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment
This certificate specifies the competencies required to engage in advanced Training and Assessment practice which may also include competence on one or more of the following areas: development of training products, provision of training advisory and consultancy services, e-learning, and leadership and co-ordination of training and assessment services. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a pre-requisite for this course.
